Background of the Firm

Life Institute and Research Academy (LIRA) is a multidisciplinary research, training, and consulting organization established in 2020 and registered under the Company Act. LIRA is dedicated to supporting government, non-government, and international development partners by delivering evidence-based solutions across diverse sectors. With a mission to build an institutional framework of excellence, LIRA emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and innovation in all its consulting services. Led by a team of highly experienced professionals and experts with strong academic and practical backgrounds, the organization ensures efficient project execution and impactful development outcomes.
